The EMUC 2025 TOC has pre-booked beds at several hotels in Lund. This is to ensure the best possible pricing and accommodate all participants. 

Booking is possible only in bulk with the whole team - no individual booking is possible.

The EMUC 2025 TOC has pre-booked beds at several hotels in Lund to ensure the best possible pricing and accommodate all participants. 

Booking is possible only in bulk with the whole team - no individual booking is possible. Different arrival and departure dates for individual participants are possible. 

The price range is (depending on hotel choice) :

Per person/night:

Single bed: € 65-110

Double bed: € 42-63 

3-bed: € 45-53

4-bed: € 32-53

Breakfast is included.

All hotels are easily accessible (10-30 min) by local transport to the event venue (Klostergårdens IP). https://maps.app.goo.gl/6E1KDeGfTk5XwjZGA 

The deadline for final booking and payment is May 10, 2025. Please note that accommodation is on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no guarantee that all options will be available close to the booking deadline. The sooner the reservation is locked and paid, the greater the chance of getting the preferred accommodation. 

The number of options is limited, but the total number of beds is sufficient to accommodate all EUMC 2025 participants, including staff, coaches and guests.
