Age Eligibility
Masters: Female matching athletes born 1995 or before, male matching athletes born 1992 or before.
Grand Masters: Female matching athletes born 1988 or before, male matching athletes born 1985 or before.
Great Grand Masters: Female matching athletes born 1980 or before, male matching athletes born 1977 or before.
Roster deadlines: Minimum 14 Player Fee payments due April 1, 2025. Final roster locked June 15, 2025. Final Player Fee payment is due June 30, 2025.

Currency: Swedish Krona, SEK. € 1 = approx SEK 11.
Cash is not king: Bring your credit card. Cash is almost abolished in Sweden.
Opening Hours: Grocery stores. shops and restaurants are usually open all days of the week.
Normal opening hours are weekdays 10-20 and weekends 10-18.
Climate: Summertime: Fantastic for Ultimate. It is rarely extremely hot, the days are long and hopefully with a lot of sun. Expect lush green fields. Since Lund is close to the coast, it can get windy.

Health care/medical/insurance: EU citizens are required to bring a valid EU Health Insurance Card and have valid insurance. Non-EU citizens are also required to have valid insurance.
Staff will be on-site to deal with first aid and assess injuries. If there is a need for further medical attention, steps will be taken.
No one will be denied emergency care in Sweden if the need should arise.
Visa/permit: If in doubt, contact your local authorities for specific inquiries on Visa/permit or other legal aspects of entering Sweden. The TOC cannot provide specific advice on the process.
The TOC can provide a letter confirming your team’s or individual player’s participation at EMUC 2025.
