Welcome to EMUC in lund, SWEDEN, JULY 2025
The City of Lund and the European Ultimate Federation welcome players from all over Europe to a week of competitive and fun ultimate in the most southern part of Sweden.
EVENT OVERVIEW
Dates:
Wednesday, July 16, 2025: Opening ceremony and opening game
Thursday, July 17 - Saturday, July 19: Regular games
Saturday, July 19 Evening: Showcase games and maybe finals of a division
Sunday, July 20: Placement games and finals
Location:
Lund, Sweden. All games at Klostergårdens IP in central Lund.
Participating teams:
Master, Grand Master and Great Grand Master national teams in Mixed, Open and Women Divisions.
Fees:
Team Fee: € 750.
Player Fee: TBD, maximum € 100.
Accommodation: The tournament can help to provide accommodation (hotel only). The prices range from € 35 (shared 4-bed) to € 70 (single bed) per person/night.
Breakfast is included in all hotels.
The firm accommodation reservation and payment deadline is May 10, 2025. However, it is not guaranteed that all options will still be available on that date.
Travel: Copenhagen Airport is 40 minutes by direct commuter train from Lund. All main airlines serve Copenhagen Airport.
Food: Lunch and dinner are optional. They are catered to by professionals and delivered to the fields. The price range is € 9-12 per meal.

Competition information
Fees: Team Fee is € 750. Player and Guest Fee TBD.
Registration deadline: January 14, 2025.
Bids are announced on January 15, 2025.
Teams: National teams compete in Master, Grand Master, and Great Grand Master in Mixed, Open, and Women Divisions.
Venue: Klostergårdens IP in the central parts of Lund. Dressing rooms and WC’s on site.
Surface: 6 high-quality grass fields, 1 turf field.
Format: A minimum of four teams will create separate divisions. The tournament length can be shortened if the number of teams doesn’t motivate a four-day schedule.

Age eligibility, Masters: Female born 1995 or before, men born 1992 or before.
Age eligibility, Grand Masters: Female born 1988 or before, men born 1985 or before.
Age eligibility, Great Grand Masters: Female born 1980 or before, men born 1977 or before.
Roster deadines: Minimum 14 Player Fee payment due April 1, 2025. Final roster locked June 15, 2025. FInal Player Fee payment due June 30, 2025.
